A few of us at Panda Rose have started going around to local businesses in the community and interviewing them. We’re keeping the interviews short and sweet and calling them “Bamboo Blasts”, then posting them to all of our social media to share about them to the whole community. We want to help boost local businesses for people who might otherwise not know about them, and put a face to a name. most of the time we ask them three questions:
- Who are you and what do you do?
- What do you love most about what you do?
- Can you tell us a good joke?
In this video, we interviewed Pauline from Laberge Engraving and Gifts. We also built the Laberge Engraving website (for the record, we are not just interviewing current/former clients)! When it came to the joke, I can’t lie, Pauline got her joke backwards, and it wasn’t until after a minute that I realised she had. Somehow I found it even FUNNIER than any joke I’d ever heard. I must have laughed for a good five minutes straight, and again any time after I retold the story to anyone who hadn’t been there.
